Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content made available through Flowformance — for example, on a public help portal or a public video — infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent, at the address in the Contact section of our Terms of Service, that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location (a URL is best), so we can find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same designated agent with the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action, as the DMCA provides.
Repeat infringers
We may remove infringing content and, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
